Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely and timely, securing IVs and patient.
• Use wheelchairs and rolling stock as needed to move patients.
• Demonstrate competency transporting patients of all ages.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and dispatch.
• Keep patients comfortable and monitor for distress or equipment issues.
