Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service.

You will supervise staff during shifts, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, manage merchandising, pricing, and customer relations, and coordinate with management to maintain a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and supervise activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms.
