Job summary

CVS Health in Texas seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service, and lead staff when a manager is not onsite.

You will supervise crew, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth store operations while promoting a positive shopping experience. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends is required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Execute displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
