Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Seekonk, MA is seeking a part‑time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through excellent service. This role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening/closing procedures, and maintains a welcoming, organized store environment.

The position requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers, handle questions, problems and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
