Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads staff in the absence of management, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening/closing procedures with accuracy.

The position requires strong communication and supervision skills, flexibility for early or overnight shifts, and prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain stock, price merchandise, and run displays and weekly promotions.
