Job summary

CVS Health in Delaware is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store staff when a manager is not onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities; effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle all customer relations issues in accordance with policy; maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory; reset departments following plans of merchandise; maintain off-shelf merchandise.
