CVS Health in Selbyville, Delaware, is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication and supervision skills, and the ability to handle early morning, overnight and weekend shifts. 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of management, ensuring smooth execution.
• Support customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues in line with policy.
• Price, stock, and display merchandise according to weekly promotions and planograms.
• Ensure confidentiality and safety in handling customer information.
