Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Kansas City, MO to support the store management team and drive excellent customer service. When managers are unavailable, you will lead staff, complete opening/closing tasks, and ensure smooth store operations.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, and maintain stock, displays, and pricing while upholding CVS policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventories.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
