Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Springfield, MO to support store management with execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff in the absence of managers, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes effective communication, merchandise presentation, and a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
