Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the Kansas City area is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures run smoothly.

You will supervise daily operations, assist customers, price and stock merchandise, and uphold company standards for confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed; respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is absent or supervisor not onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandising.
