Job summary

CVS Health in Locust, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth store operations.

In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, supervise activities, stock shelves, run opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a safe, compliant shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crews, coordinating with store management.
• Assist customers, address questions and complaints while maintaining CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory tasks.
• Reset departments following POGs and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.
