Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Elizabethtown, KY to support the Store Management team with store execution and customer service excellence. When a manager is not onsite, you lead the crew, oversee opening and closing procedures, and help drive performance and loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

You will supervise, train, and communicate with staff, handle customer questions, price and stock merchandise, and ensure displays follow planograms.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when a manager is unavailable to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays per planograms (POGs).
