CVS Health in Madisonville, KY is hiring a Shift Supervisor for a part-time role (25 hours/week). You will support the Store Management team, supervise staff, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed while delivering strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, and are able to work early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Prior retail supervision experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is welcomed.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Handle customer relations in line with policy and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
