Job summary

CVS Health in Elizabethtown, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to help lead store operations, deliver friendly customer service, and ensure opening and closing tasks are completed when a manager is unavailable. You will supervise the crew, price and stock merchandise, reset departments by planograms, and uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policy.

The role offers part-time hours (about 20 per week) with benefits eligibility and pay ranging from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour,

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and coordinate with store management when no manager is onsite.
• Supervise crew with delegation and follow-up on activities.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
