Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in the United States is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer issues per policy, merchandising, pricing and maintaining displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain weekly promos.
