Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive customer service excellence in a CVS/pharmacy location in Florida. The role involves leading staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth store operations and timely opening/closing procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication and supervision skills, with flexibility to cover early, overnight, and weekend shifts.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Supervise crew: assign, direct, and follow up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotional displays.
