Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team. You will lead the store staff when no manager is onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

The role emphasizes supervision of store crews, effective communication with management, and daily operations including merchandising and inventory tasks. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred and a 20-hour week is anticipated.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays and weekly promotional materials.
