CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the staff when a manager is not onsite and ensure smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Prior retail supervision is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew—direct, assign, and follow up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints per policy.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays and signage.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
