Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Covington, IN to support store management, drive store execution and customer service excellence.

You'll lead the store team when management is unavailable, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, and help maintain merchandising and safety standards while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Flexible scheduling including mornings, overnights and weekends is required, with pay reflected in the posted range.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when management is unavailable, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain stock, price merchandise and reset departments per plans.
• Ensure customer/patient confidentiality.
• Execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Respond to urgent issues and maintain store operations.
