Job summary

CVS Health in Albany, NY is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering strong store execution and service. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable, oversee opening/closing procedures, and help drive customer loyalty through friendly, knowledgeable service.

Key duties include supervising team members, handling customer questions and complaints according to policy, merchandising, and maintaining stock and displays.

Qualifications

• Deductions reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when manager or supervisor is not on site and support store management in executing daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle questions and resolve complaints per policy, protect customer confidentiality.
• Merchandise and presentation: price, stock shelves, maintain displays and reset departments per planograms.
