• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up activities.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer issues.
