Job summary

CVS Health in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor who guides store operations, supports the CVS Store Management team, and helps deliver outstanding customer service.

You will supervise staff, handle opening/closing duties when managers are away, stock shelves, price and display merchandise, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping experience. This role offers part-time hours, a pay range aligned with local markets, and benefits for eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise through signage and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
