• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and promotional items according to planograms.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and support store operations.
