Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew activities, assist customers, maintain confidentiality, and uphold CVS customer service culture while ensuring accurate pricing, shelf stocking, and display maintenance.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and inventories.
