Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff during manager absence, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and maintain a high standard of operation and service to customers.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, addressing customer inquiries, merchandising, and safeguarding confidentiality, while coordinating with store management to drive performance and consumer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and coordinate activities with store management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and support a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure merchandise presentation.
