Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Winston-Salem to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service. When managers are away, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain a smooth operation.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, assisting customers, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining shelf presentation. Flexibility for early shifts, overnights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and coordinate tasks.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
