Job summary

CVS Health in Victorville, CA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and promote exceptional customer service while ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise the crew, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays while upholding confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking are required.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when the manager is absent and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crews and direct daily activities.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues.
• Stock shelves and merchandise presentation according to planograms.
• Price merchandise and manage displays.
