Job summary

CVS Health in Swarthmore, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the CVS Store Management team. You will lead store staff when managers are unavailable, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and drive store execution and customer service excellence.

This part-time role requires flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a typical pay range of $16.50 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments per POGs
