Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service, and lead the team when managers are not onsite.

The role requires flexibility, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with a 24-hour work week. Benefits may include dental, vision, wellness resources and employee discounts; pay is $18.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing and following up of all activities; communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations in accordance with policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays and inventory; reset departments following planograms.
