Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy in Raleigh. You will help drive store execution, supervise staff when management is unavailable, and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and safe handling of guest information. Expect 29 weekly hours with a pay range of $16.50-$24.00 per hour and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with day-to-day operations.
• Supervise the store crew when managers are not on site.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
