Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints in a helpful manner.
• Greet customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and merchandise, price items, and maintain displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and inventories.
