Job summary

CVS Health in Georgia is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations, lead the team in the absence of a manager, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. This position anticipates 25 hours per week.

You will engage customers, supervise crew, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain confidentiality while upholding CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help and thank customers
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory
• Reset departments following POGs
