Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Canton, GA. You will support the CVS Store Management team in executing store operations, customer service, and merchandising when no manager is onsite. You’ll lead staff, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and uphold CVS standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervision, and flexibility in scheduling, with a pay range of $16.50 to $24.00 per hour and eligibility for benefits as a part-time associate.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions, problems and complaints.
• Greet customers, assist and thank them to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Price and merchandise displays, stock shelves, and ensure weekly/promotional merchandising is executed.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist with store operations and supervision to drive store performance.
