CVS Health Corporation in Reno, NV is seeking a Shift Supervisor for on-site, part-time work (approximately 23 hours per week). The role supports Store Management, leading staff when managers are not present and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will assist customers, promote CVS customer service, price merchandise, stock shelves, reset departments per planograms, and maintain presentation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite; lead the crew and ensure tasks are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans.
• Reset departments following plan-of-graphics (POGs) and maintain merchandise presentation.
