Job summary

CVS Health in Derry, NH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth store execution with a strong emphasis on service. The role includes opening/closing responsibilities and guiding staff to deliver a great customer experience.

This part-time position focuses on leadership, merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality while assisting customers and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crews and coordinate activities with store management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments as needed.
