Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Durham, NC to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution with a customer-centric approach. When management is unavailable, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store management to drive store execution and performance and supervise staff when managers are unavailable.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions, problems and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain merchandising standards, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per planograms and promotions.
