Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Wilmington, NC, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and keep guest experience at the forefront. You’ll work when the GM or AGM isn’t on duty, guide the crew, handle cash and inventory, and help with training and coaching to raise daily performance.

If you’re a natural leader who thrives in busy service times, brings strong communication, and is flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lead a team and coach staff during fast-paced shifts.
