Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to energize a fast-paced dining team and deliver standout guest experiences. This role sits within Thrive Restaurant Group, offering opportunities to lead with passion and shape daily operations with a hands-on approach.

You will mentor teammates, manage shifts, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across service, prep, and cash handling while maintaining a positive, people-first culture.

• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.
