Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Matthews, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts with energy and a people-first approach. You’ll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck, guiding the team, ensuring great guest experiences, and supporting training and coaching.

Responsibilities include inventory and cash handling, operating across stations, and keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. Competitive pay with tips and generous benefits await.
