Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Hickory, NC to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth store operations. You will assist customers, supervise staff, and help maintain merchandising and displays while upholding CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor onsite.
• Drive store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service.
• Open and close procedures when scheduled and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and follow up on activities.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and maintain visual displays.
