Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise store staff when managers are unavailable, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Manage merchandise tasks: price, stock, displays, and inventory according to planograms.
