Job summary

Team Lyders operates over 200 Taco Bell locations across the Mid-West, and this Shift Leader role supports daily restaurant operations in Orland Hills, IL. You will assist in training and developing team members and ensure exceptional guest service while upholding brand standards.

As a part-time leader, you will help set the tone for teamwork, supervise shifts, manage inventory, and coach staff to deliver consistent experiences while upholding safety and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience and execute MIC Success Routine.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and back-office tasks.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
