Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Sanford, NC to support store management and drive store performance. You will lead staff during absences of managers, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold the CVS service culture with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, and following planograms.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are offsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient data.
• Price and stock merchandise; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines.
