Job summary

MINISO USA in Alabama is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to achieving KPIs, uphold store standards, handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, and shipment processing.

The role requires leadership, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and basic POS knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, maintain appearance, and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and assist with loss prevention.
