Job summary

Simply Salad is seeking a rockstar Shift Lead to join our Main location in Los Angeles, CA. This part-time role supports daily operations, leads a high-energy team, and ensures excellent customer service while aligning with our mission to be a diverse, high-performance company.

You will report to the General Manager and work a schedule that may include weekends, nights, holidays and additional days to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily staff schedules and overtime management.
• Ensures food quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily staff schedules and overtime; assist hiring.
• Oversee food prep, quality, safety and compliance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Assist in cost control and forecasting.
• Maintain inventory and supply reporting.
• Prepare operations reports for GM.
• Be a brand ambassador and lead by example.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
