Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Orland Park, IL, seeks a part-time Shift Coordinator to support Costco store events and daily operations. You will help with opening/closing tasks, ensure safety, customer service, product quality, and staff guidance during demos.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You’ll assist with demonstrations, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for several hours, and work 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends. Benefits and discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Willing to assist with food safety, sanitation and daily safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and event support.
• Demonstrate products and educate Costco members.
• Set up and remove carts, equipment and supplies for demos.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the demo area.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
