Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Miami is seeking a Shift Coordinator to assist with daily store operations during events, opening and closing duties, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

You will educate customers through product demonstrations, engage Costco members, set up carts and equipment, and support the team with friendly, energetic service. Prior experience not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring friendly, proactive communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Commitment to safety and product standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily store operations and opening/closing for events.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Educate customers through product demonstrations and engagement.
• Promote products and assist with setup and removal of demo carts and equipment.
