Job summary

Kocourek Automotive in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time Service Lane Coordinator to support our busy service department and create a smooth guest experience.

You will greet customers, direct vehicles, assist with check-in, keep the drive and parking areas clean, coordinate shuttles, and track loaner vehicles. Hours are 8 am to 1 pm; we value teamwork and strong communication. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive automatic (manual preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct vehicles in the service lane.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and install seat covers/floor mats.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the service area and lot.
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and organized.
• Support shuttle coordination and loaner vehicle tracking.
• Assist with fueling, light cleaning, and seasonal snow removal.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to every guest.
