Job summary

Kocourek Automotive in Wisconsin is seeking an energetic Part-time Service Lane Coordinator to support our busy service department. This role is key to creating a smooth, professional experience for our customers while keeping daily operations running efficiently.

Greet customers, direct vehicles in the service lane, assist with check-in, and maintain a clean, organized service area. The position runs 8 am to 1 pm and requires a reliable, team-oriented individual.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Complete a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to drive automatic (manual preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• HOURS: 8 am - 1 pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct vehicles in the service lane
• Assist with vehicle check-in and install seat covers/floor mats
• Safely move vehicles throughout the service area and lot
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and organized
• Support shuttle coordination and loaner vehicle tracking
• Assist with fueling, light cleaning, and seasonal snow removal
• Provide friendly, helpful service to every guest
