Job summary

Kocourek Automotive is seeking a part-time Service Lane Coordinator to support the busy service department and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will greet customers, manage check-ins, and help keep the service drive organized.

Responsibilities include directing vehicles, assisting with check-in, and aiding shuttle coordination while maintaining a clean, efficient service area. The role runs 8:00–13:00, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to drive automatic (manual preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• HOURS: 8 am - 1 pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct vehicles in the service lane.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and install seat covers/floor mats.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the service area and lot.
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and organized.
• Support shuttle coordination and loaner vehicle tracking.
• Assist with fueling, light cleaning, and seasonal snow removal.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to every guest.
